Use of the service

nimble is designed for business use. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login details secure. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to break security or use nimble in a way that violates any law or the rights of others.

Content and data

You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to nimble. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the service and to operate and improve the product. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and share any content you add.

Relationships between users

nimble facilitates collaboration between brands, retailers and corporate buyers but is not a party to the underlying commercial agreements or transactions. Any contracts, purchase orders or commitments created using nimble are between the relevant users.

Service changes

We may update or change features from time to time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise that nimble will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

nimble is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we do not give any implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from use of the service. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the service over the previous twelve months.

Termination

You can stop using nimble at any time. We may suspend or end access to the service if you breach these terms, misuse the product or if we need to do so for security, legal or operational reasons.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. If you continue using nimble after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
